P3 is an unincorporated non-profit serving the Houston Metropolitan Community whose mission is to resolve health disparities in medicine through patient education on healthcare rights, one-on-one consultation regarding medical billing, and advocacy for equitable access to quality care.

Empowerment Through Education
We work to reduce health disparities by addressing gaps in the education system through interactive online tools and informational blog posts. Additionally, we offer free consultation services to help decode complicated medical bills
Patient Education
Through our blog, we help patients understand their healthcare rights and break down medical billing information that isn’t commonly known. We also share insights on current events and shed light on overlooked public health concerns. On our services tab, we have a hospital billing call simulator for people to rehearse common healthcare billing questions before they call.
Consultation Services
We offer one-one-one consultation services helping you navigate a wide array of medical billing questions. Additionally, we write medical billing scripts on request to help you prepare for hospital and insurance calls.
